Our Search Process

Define Search Specifications
We first discuss with you the duties, responsibilities, and objectives for the position we are going to fill for you. We learn about your company and its culture, and we will work with you to determine the right compensation package for this individual.

Develop Targeted Recruiting Plan
We then create a list of prospective source companies whose focus or culture matches that of your company. In addition, we talk to you about potential source companies that you may wish to have your new hire come from.

Execute the Recruiting Plan
We then penetrate source companies for impact players that have the appropriate skill sets you are seeking.

Candidate Assessment
We interview the candidates to confirm their motivation, experience, personal and professional priorities, and compensation. We thoroughly discuss with them the dangers of the counteroffer and perform reference checks.

Isolation of Top Candidates
At this point we will submit to you a short list of candidates whose experience, priorities, and compensation requirements best suit the needs of your company.

Coordination of Company/Candidate Interviews
After you are presented with the short list of candidates, we will arrange mutually convenient interview times.

Interview Analysis
After the interviews we will obtain and discuss the candidate's feedback with you and answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

Selection of Top Candidate
We will consult with you to determine the top candidate. At this point we will conduct any verifications or checks as requested by you.

Candidate Counter Offer Consultation
We will work closely with the candidate to discuss the probability of a counteroffer being made and identify any concerns that the candidate may have.

Offer Coordination / Start Date Confirmation
We assist in the negotiation of an approved offer and present the offer to the candidate. We will obtain a signed commitment from the candidate with a confirmed start date.

Resignation and Counter Offer Consultation with Candidate
We help the candidate through the process of resigning and ignoring the potential counteroffer.

Post-Resignation/Pre-start date Follow Up with Candidate
We stay in contact with the candidate prior to the start date to identify any trailing questions, timing changes, or concerns.

Ongoing Post Start Date Follow-up with Company and New-Hire
After the candidate has started, we ascertain the candidate's degree of success according to both the company and the candidate in the first 30 days, 60 days, and long-term.
